PauperKings are a pioneering, history making 5 piece Country pop rock band from York England. The band members are: Tim McKay (lead singer) Nicholas Miller (Drums) Michael Mitchinson (Bassist) and brothers Henry Bird (lead guitar) & Jack Bird (Rhythm guitar).
In just 3 years, the band have continued to set trends, breakdown barriers, and push the boundaries of Country music from the UK both nationally and internationally to an unprecedented level.
PauperKings are being managed by Jay DeMarcus from global Country pop superstar group 'Rascal Flatts'. Jay is also currently working with them on their first major record which he is executively producing at his own studio in his private home in Nashville USA.
Within the last couple of years, PauperKings have toured with and performed alongside many of the world’s biggest Country music superstars. These include the likes of:
Reba, Hunter Hayes, Brantley Gilbert, Rascal Flatts, Chris Young, Lee Brice, Lonestar, Dwight Yoakam, Kacey Musgraves, and in March 2015 the band made history by becoming the first and only European band to play the prestigious CMC Rocks festival in Queensland Australia, where they went on to open for Lady Antebellum.
