Art from the Heart – a 6 week creative healing journey with psychic artist & metaphysical healer Gina Bowyer.

Explore various aspects of your life, heart and soul to both celebrate and heal these creatively.

This six week course will introduce you to new materials and avenues for creative expression and self-discovery. I’ve taken inspiration from the numerological symbolism behind the number of each session and have designed activities to help us explore and heal each of these aspects as they are reflected within our own personal universe and life experiences. There will also be online support throughout the 6 weeks, a short meditation at the start of each session to help facilitate the process and optional homework to keep the momentum going.
