Following the release of her UK Top 3 debut album ‘Speak Your Mind’, Anne-Marie is delighted to unveil her official video for her new single “2002” (watch here). Furthermore, she has announced a UK headline tour for November 2018, which will include a date at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on Thursday 22nd November (full dates below).
Directed by Hannah Lux Davis (Ariana Grande & The Weeknd “Love Me Harder”, Marshmello & Anne-Marie “FRIENDS”) and with Anne-Marie referencing some of her favourite anthems from the early noughties throughout the track, the official video pays a tongue-in-cheek homage to the accompanying, iconic official videos to the respective anthems: Britney Spears’ “…Baby One More Time”, N-Sync’s “Bye Bye Bye”, Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” and Nelly’s “Ride Wit Me”.
Released at the end of April, Anne-Marie’s debut album ‘Speak Your Mind’ and new single “2002” have soared up the UK charts, where they debuted at No.3 and No.5 in the UK’s Official Albums and Singles chart, respectively, on release week. “2002” has secured ads on Radio 1 (A List), Capital (S List) and Radio 2 (A List) in just two weeks.
Anne-Marie is currently supporting global megastar, Ed Sheeran, on his stadium tour, which comes to Wembley Stadium for four consecutive nights in June.
