    The Anticipated Friday night at Junction 16 revealed.

    NOSTALGIA will be revisited at this years Junction 16 Festival on Friday night with a retro pop-tastic line-up of 80's Artists.

    It has been revealed today that joining a stellar line-up of acts already announced for the Saturday and Sunday including Katy B, Foxes and Katherine Jenkins that chart topping 80s pop stars ABC, The Christians, Kim Wilde, and Brother Beyond will be kick-starting the weekend events held at Betley Court Farm on Friday the 8th August.

    Born in Chiswick, multi-million selling artist Kim Wilde, paved the way for her music career with her debut single "Kid in America" in 1982 and since has sold in excess of thirty singles and in excess of 20 million albums.

    Described as "The Temptations in ripped jeans" the Liverpool band The Christians deep, soulful melodies entered the charts in 1897 with "Forgotten Town". In 1988, they released a cover of the Isley Brothers' "Harvest for the World" with all proceeds going to charity, and gave The Christians their first global smash-hit.
