Sturgill Simpson Tickets

Sturgill Simpson is an American bluegrass and country music singer and has released two albums independently.

Sturgill Simpson was born in Jackson, Kentucky. He moved to Versailles, Kentucky in his childhood. After serving in the United States Navy, he spent time in Japan then moved again to Lexington, Kentucky.

He formed the bluegrass band Sunday Valley in 2004, which played at the Pickathon festival in Portland, Oregon. After going solo in 2012, Simpson released his debut album High Top Mountain in 2013.

In 2014, Simpson announced the release of his second album, Metamodern Sounds in Country Music.
