My 1st Festival

The highlight was Seeing The Straits, being shocked by Wang Chung, & Roland Gift

I didn't see everyone. So only reviewing the acts I did see.
Bay City Rollers started the festival off with several hits and tartan trousers galore.
Funk legends Average White Band were on top form.
Right Said Fred, Limahl, & Five Star were not my seen, but did a decent enough job,
Katrina Leskanich (Without her Waves) did a great job. Only did 3 or 4 songs, but Walking On Sunshine and Love Shine A Light were included to everyone's delight.
Chesney Hawkes like Katrina only did a small set. Highlight was of course The One & Only.
The last act I saw on the saturday was Midge Ure. Certainly one of the best acts all weekend. Phenominal voice and awesome guitar skill.

I had always preferred the Sunday lineup to the Saturday and thankfully didn't disappoint.
The Christians were amazing.
The Straits were one of the main reason I bought tickets. Made up of former Dire Straits members Alan Clark & Chris White, and several great session musicians. They did a fantastic job recreating some of Dire Straits best known tunes.
The Lightning Seeds were spot on. Ian Broudie's voice is as good as ever.
Adam Ant was definately a fan favourite. The whole arena erupted when he walked on stage, and rightly so. Did a great job on his catalogue of hits.
Only saw a song of Altered Images, but Claire Grogan is still a bombshell and beautiful voice.
Wang Chung were one of the best acts all weekend even though they did a short set.
John Parr was brilliant. The great St Elmo's was a fan favourite.
Roland Gift (formerly of Fine Young Cannibals) was astonishing. What a brilliant voice. He did all his hits, which made him a fan favourite.
The last act of the festival I saw was ABC. Martin Fry still has a beautiful voice after all these years. And hearing Poison Arrow was brilliant.

Overall I'd recommend the festival to anyone. Great music & atmosphere, and less than £100 for a weekend of music.

Thoughts on Perth Scone Palace:

Scone Palace was an excellent location.
Great layout, friendly & helpful staff, & lots of delicious food from staffs.
There had been heavy rain the few weeks before Rewind so parts of the ground were very muddy. But the staff had dealt with it using massive tarpolines and sawdust.

Only complaint was the state of the toilets. Completely disgusting
