With just 2 weeks to go, PARKLIFE FESTIVAL are pleased to announce 20 new acts and a brand new stage for the festival:

The Terrace

While this year's Parklife Weekender is set to bring yet another carnival of music and dancing to the Platt Fields, we know that sometimes a break from the mayhem is welcome. The Terrace at this year's Parklife Weekender will be the perfect spot to take a breather in between catching your favourite bands and DJ's. With enticing food and cocktail bars, private restrooms and a range of VIP treats, the laidf back Parklife Terrace will also featrure lounge beds for you to lay back and chill out.

Based around a VIP Big Top, the Terrace will be hosted by XFM DJ and Funkadeima residents Gareth Brooks and Beau Ormrod, who will appear along side surprise special guest performances by Artists and DJ's from across the festival. Over both days, acts from the Main Stage and beyond will be joining in on the festivity on The Parklife Terrace.

June 9th and 10th sees Parklife returns for another mammoth carnival in Platt Fields.

Joining the thousands of revellers travelling into Manchester from all over the UK will be a hand-picked line-up of the musical maestros intent on turning proceedings into the ultimate party. Following last years sell out event, the Parklife team have been working non-stop behind the scenes to bring you more madness, more music, more dancing and more fun than you would think possible to have in a park. We hope you will join us with your friends, for a very special weekend designed to welcome summer 2012 with an almighty bang.
