JEFF INNOCENT (Headliner) Jeff Innocent is a popular and experienced stand up comedian who performs all over the world. He has also appeared on TV, radio and in film as a comic, actor or cultural commentator and has published written work. His particular style of comedy is forged from his unique background. Born during the mid 1950's into a working class east London family with strong underworld connections, he became interested in socialist politics which led him to study philosophy and history at university. Thus his on stage 'cockney geezer' image contrasts brilliantly with unlikely subject matter such as ethical shopping, global warming and ageism. This last topic being part of a new one man show 'Grey Matters' which Jeff is currently working on for 2010.
