ICW is known for its mixture of pro wrestling styles in a hardcore, over 18's environment where the intelligence of the fans is not insulted by childish storylines. This formula put in to action by some of the best wrestlers working in the UK today has resulted in the shows receiving rave reviews from national press outlets, its own documentary by Vice magazine named 'The British Wrestler' and also recently the accolade of 2012 UK Wrestling Promotion of the Year by Fighting Spirit Magazine.
