Northern Quarter Music & Arts Festival
Manchester's Northern Quarter is one of the most unique districts of Manchester city centre and following a hugely successful festival in 2009, Hungry Pigeon 2010 will put the spotlight on the creative artists both here in Manchester and across the UK.
With live music from 200 bands, plus live art, poetry, short films, U18s events, art exhibitions, busking and even its very own Northern Quarter art treasure trail, HUNGRY PIGEON really does have something for everyone! It is spread over 20 venues around the Northern Quarter, and also features a massive outdoor stage in the heart of Manchester City Centre – Piccadilly Gardens!!
