Currently based in London, but with roots all over the UK, genre spanning GHOULS are an energetic five-piece known for their manic stage antics and sweat inducing live shows. An infectious innovative blend of punk rock fuelled by a powerful horn section and driven by gypsy influences, they always get crowds on their feet and whipped into a frenzied party. After an extensive crowd-fund campaign, including a 30 date UK and European tour, GHOULS unleashed their debut album - the highly acclaimed 'Ten Thousand Words On' on the 4th April 2014, with a sold-out show at The Monarch in Camden to celebrate the release. In the crowd that night were punk heroes Frank Turner and Itch of the King Blues, both of whom expressed their support of the band on social media.
Summer 2014 has been filled with festivals such as Hit The Deck, The Secret Garden Party, Boardmasters, Blissfield and Takedown Festival, alongside support slots with Professor Green, Slaves, Larry and His Flask, and tons more. With a new EP release and upcoming UK tour in October, plus European dates on the horizon, big things are on the way for this lot, catch them while you can!
