During December are a hard alternative rock band based in sunny manchester. Blending heavy distorted rhythms with melodic intricate lead guitar harmonies that compliment the female vocals, this is a style you have never heard before.
Formed by lead guitarist Adam Healey, bassist David-Morgan Smith and rhythm guitarist David Hicks in January 2011 the line-up changed a few times before lead vocalist Rowan Oliver-Weaver joined in October 2011, and another few times before drummer Thom Carroll returned in May 2013 to complete the fantastic line-up they have now.
Since playing their first gig at Manchester Club Academy they have been circulating the music Manchester rock scene playing gigs at venues like Academy, Dry Bar, Jabez Clegg, Kraak, Roadhouse and Satan’s Hollow. You can be assured that this band is one to watch out for.
