David Bowie – A Celebration Tickets

DavidLive presents... 'Nothing Has Changed', a live show celebrating David Bowie in 'Sound And Vision'!
David Bowie: 1947–2016

David Bowie, who died aged 69 on 10 January 2016, had an immeasurable impact on music and popular culture - his ascent to superstardom broke old rules and ignored new ones in a way that both charmed his fans and surprised his critics, and his persona and image shifted as much as his sound.

This show presents a sincere token of remembrance; the band lovingly recreating Bowie favourites including 'Rebel Rebel', 'The Jean Genie', 'Ziggy Stardust', 'Changes', 'Starman', 'Hang On To Yourself', 'Life On Mars', 'Oh! You Pretty Things', 'Suffragette City', 'All The Young Dudes', 'Lady Stardust', 'Moonage Daydream', 'Station To Station', 'Fame', 'Golden Years', 'Young Americans', 'Sound And Vision', 'Heroes' , 'Beauty And The Beast', 'Let’s Dance', 'Modern Love', 'Ashes To Ashes', 'Blue Jean', 'Fashion', 'Scary Monsters', 'The Man Who Sold The World', 'China Girl', 'Cat People' and 'Space Oddity'.

Opening with his early years as Ziggy Stardust, DavidLive faithfully captures the look and sound that launched Bowie as a superstar - 'Starman', 'Moonage Daydream', 'Hang On To Yourself' played just as they sounded at the now legendary Farewell Hammersmith Concert.

The show then takes a musical shift as Bowie returns as The Thin White Duke - the dark funk groove of 'Fame', 'Station To Station' and 'Golden Years' redefining his sound.

DavidLive then recreates The Berlin Years of the later 70s live on stage, with songs such as 'Sound And Vision' and the anthemic 'Heroes'.

The DavidLive show then continues with Bowie's funk-infused pop from the 80s onwards, after the 1983 release of 'Let’s Dance' and his rise to global stardom, with songs such as 'China Girl', 'Modern Love' and 'Blue Jean'!

David Bowie may have left us but his influence will be felt for generations. This night is all about our love and respect for David Bowie, and how his songs will stay with us always. Nothing has changed.

"I’m not a prophet or a stone-aged man, just a mortal with potential of a superman. I'm living on." - (Lyrics from David Bowie's 'Quicksand', from the 1971 album 'Hunky Dory')
