This group is a real family affair, with brother and sister Joe and Helen orginally starting out as a duo performing around Teesside, eventually enlisting brother Frank on Bass and Paul Wilson on drums.
2009 was a successful year for the band, which saw them play venues across the North East and appear on BBC Radio Tees. The year ended in style with the group heading up to Newcastle to record a session with local producer Jamie Smith, the results of which can be heard on the last.fm player.
Cattle & Cane are under the watchful eye of Optix Nights management and work is commencing on their debut album which is expected later in 2010. Alongside this, they will be performing feverishly across numerous venues around the country.
