The Hollywood metal band, who have just released their second studio album 'Set The World On Fire' will play 10 UK dates in October and November, with their biggest venues to date included. The tour begins at Southampton University on October 6 and runs until November 3 at O2 Academy Bristol, but the band will return to the US and also complete European commitments during that time.
Black Veil Brides, who toured the UK last year with Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison's side project the Murderdolls, played a much anticipated set at the recent Download Festival.
Black Veil Brides is an American rock band based out of Hollywood, California and formed in 2006 in Cincinnati, Ohio . The group is composed of Andrew Dennis Biersack (vocals), Ashley Purdy (bass, backing vocals), Jake Pitts (lead guitar), Jinxx (guitar, violin) and Christian Coma (drums). Released on StandBy Records, the band’s debut album, We Stitch These Wounds was released in July 2010 and sold nearly 100,000 copies in its first week, ranking at number 36 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, and number 1 on the Billboard Independent chart. Black Veil Brides are known for their distinct appearance, mainly being inspired by Kiss’s famous stage persona as well as numerous 1980s glam metal acts.
