Beth was born in Stoke-on-Trent where she lived until she was 10 years old. She then moved a few miles up the road to Congleton, near Macclesfield in Cheshire.
Beth caught the performing bug at 16 when she was selected to be part of a bi-lateral theatre project for 16-24 year olds from North West England. She worked with students from the townships of Soweto in South Africa. They created a piece that toured in both South Africa and the UK.
After that Beth decided to train in Acting at Rose Bruford College of Speech & Drama. When she graduated she spent two seasons with the RSC in the UK and Washington DC, then went on to work in Radio, TV & Theatre up and down the country.
She continues to work in theatre, but also now performs, writes and directs her own work and as well as other’s.
