London based artist BARLI announced her arrival earlier this year with the beautifully hypnotic ‘Pebbles’. Citing Gil Scott Heron as a major influence, she has crafted a stunningly fresh sound alongside producer Ton Epoch. ‘Pebbles’ successfully melds the subtleties of Air esque production with delicately soulful vocals, repeating a loving refrain over soothing harmonies and gentle waves of cymbals.
