Wondering where your tickets are?
Tickets booked more than 14 days in advance of the event should reach you at least 7 days before the event unless they are being collected from the venue. Where tickets are booked within 14 days of an event and are being posted, they should reach you at least 2 days before an event.
To see the status of an order
Please fill in the following reference numbers which can be found on your booking confirmation email.
Please note:
- If you select the E-Tickets option your tickets are sent as an attachment on your confirmation email.
- During busy periods confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to arrive if you don't receive yours within this time please contact Customer Services
